How do I update my Family Plan?

Log into your account at, where you have instant access to your Family Plan. You can remove any family member by selecting “Deactivate” next to their name. To add them back to your account, select “Reactivate.”
If you would like to update the email address associated with a family membership, simply select “Edit” next to the active family member and updating the email address there. You can update other information like the name or date of birth by having your family member visit a CLEAR location with a valid US photo ID.
