How do I log in to my account?
Visit CLEARME.COM and Sign In at the top right of the page. Your username is the email address you used to enroll. You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgot Your Password'
How do I update my account information?
To update your name with CLEAR, you'll need to visit a CLEAR location where we can update your account records and biometrics. Please bring your updated (renewed, not amended) ID. Your ID must be one of the following: US Driver's License, US Passport, US Issued Permanent Resident Card, State Issued ID, or US Military ID. All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended, and have a photo. You can update payment details by logging in at MY.CLEARME.COM and selecting 'Update Billing.' You can also update other details like your password and phone number.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, log into your account at MY.CLEARME.COM , and select the 'Change Renewal Settings' or 'Cancel' link in the membership details section.
Does the name on my CLEAR account need to match the name on my boarding pass?
Yes. In compliance with airport security and safety regulations, and in order to use our CLEAR Lanes, the name on your boarding pass must match the name on your account. To ensure a seamless experience when using CLEAR, please remember to book your travel using the name on your CLEAR ACCOUNT . If you need to change the name on your CLEAR account, simply bring an ID that matches the name on your airline profile to one of our CLEAR LOCATIONS and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do I print my receipt?
Once your credit card on file has been successfully charged for your CLEAR membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log into your account at MY.CLEARME.COM and select 'Print receipt' on the right side.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. CLEAR is a subscription service that renews automatically each year. Members can change their auto-renewal settings by logging in at my.clearme.com and selecting 'Change Renewal Settings' or 'Cancel Membership.'
Former Members - Old CLEAR Company
We'll honor any time that you have remaining on your CLEAR account. This time will be credited to you once you have reactivated your account. Reactivate Your CLEAR Membership To reactivate your account, or to view your remaining time, simply login at MY.CLEARME.COM . If you do not remember your password, please follow the instructions to establish a new one. Since we no longer use CLEAR cards, once your account is reactivated, you're all set to use CLEAR. Simply login at MY.CLEARME.COM and select 'Reactivate.' You do not need to update your biometrics, as we have them on file.
