How do I log in to my account?
Visit CLEARME.COM and Sign In at the top right of the page. Your username is the email address you used to enroll. You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgot Your Password'
How do I update my account information?
To update your name with CLEAR, you'll need to visit a CLEAR location where we can update your account records and biometrics. Please bring your updated (renewed, not amended) ID. Your ID must be one of the following: US Driver's License, US Passport, US-issued Permanent Resident Card, State-issued ID, or US Military ID. All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended, and have a photo. You can update payment details by logging in at MY.CLEARME.COM and selecting 'Update Billing.' You can also update other details like your password and phone number. Please note that starting October 1, 2020, all travelers who are 18 and older will need a REAL ID-compliant license or other acceptable form of ID, such as a US passport, when flying from a US airport. For more information, visit the DHS REAL ID page here. LINK CLEAR will also need your REAL ID-compliant license on file by the deadline. You can add your REAL ID-compliant document to your profile at a CLEAR location – simply ask a CLEAR Ambassador to assist you.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, log into your account at my.clearme.com and select the 'Cancel' button in the membership details section. When you cancel, you will receive a prorated refund for any time left on your subscription. If you were on a trial, you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the last day of your trial.
What is the new REAL ID requirement?

Why do I need a REAL ID?
