How do I update my account information?

To update your name with CLEAR, you'll need to visit a CLEAR location where we can update your account records and biometrics.

Please bring your updated (renewed, not amended) ID. Your ID must be one of the following: US Driver's License, US Passport, US Issued Permanent Resident Card, State Issued ID, or US Military ID. All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended, and have a photo.

You can update payment details by logging in at MY.CLEARME.COM and selecting 'Update Billing.' You can also update other details like your password and phone number.
