If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact ambassadorassist@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule.
You will be refunded for appointments canceled at least 12 hours ahead of the appointment time and will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.

With Ambassador Assist, our team can help you with your carry-on luggage and bring you to your gate, lounge (if you have access), or a restaurant. Ambassadors can also help you find concessions or restrooms and wait for you for quick stops. Please note that our Ambassadors cannot wait with you at the gate, bring you from a lounge to the gate, watch your children or pets, accompany minors, or accept tips.

You’ll need to reserve wheelchair services through your airline and meet them at your airline counter. Once you’ve checked in with your airline’s special services counter, we’ll gladly assist you from there and get you to the fastest way through the airport.
Of course! We’ll happily help get your bags to the right place. If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.
This service is available regardless of whether you have TSA PreCheck® or standard screening on your boarding pass. If travelers in your group have different types of screening, our Ambassador will share the best options to keep everyone moving.

Not a CLEAR Member? Create your free CLEAR account with My Health Record NY. You will need your government-issued ID and a cell phone with a front-facing camera. If you don’t have these, contact My Health Record NY for alternative ways to verify you are you.
My Health Record NY is a secure online service for anyone who has received care in New York State. You can find your information in My Health Record NY if your provider shares data with Healthix (the New York City/Long Island Health Information Exchange) or Hixny (the HEI serving the greater Capital Region).

Yes! Anyone with an existing TSA PreCheck® membership can renew through CLEAR. You may begin the renewal process as early as 6 months prior to expiration.
When accompanied by a CLEAR Plus member, children 17 and under may use the standard CLEAR Plus Lane. When accompanied by a CLEAR Plus member on the same reservation and has the TSA PreCheck® indicator on their boarding pass, children ages 17 and under may go through the CLEAR Plus with TSA PreCheck® Lane.
It depends on their age and whether they are traveling with a parent or guardian who has enrolled in TSA PreCheck®: Children 12 and under may accompany an enrolled parent or guardian in the TSA PreCheck® lanes without restriction.Children 13-17 may join enrolled adults when traveling on the same reservation and if the TSA PreCheck® indicator appears on the child’s boarding pass.

No. TSA PreCheck® benefits only apply to those who are enrolled and traveling with the TSA PreCheck® indicator on their boarding pass.
A KTN, or Known Traveler Number, is a unique number issued by the TSA indicating you’ve completed a Security Threat Assessment and are eligible for TSA PreCheck® expedited screening. Your KTN is valid for 5 years and should be used when booking airline reservations.
Travelers 18 and older who do not have a TSA PreCheck® indicator on their boarding pass must go through standard security lanes. For more information visit tsa.gov/precheck/faq.
If you are a member of the TSA PreCheck® Application Program, you may call us at (1-888-831-9070) 8am – 10pm ET, weekdays or email (CLEARCustomerSupport@tsa.dhs.gov) anytime to make changes to your name, address, or other information contained in your records. If you change your name and do not update your TSA PreCheck® membership to match the new details, you will not be able to use your TSA PreCheck® benefits when traveling until the name change process is completed.

Service members of all branches of the armed forces and students at the armed forces’ service academies automatically enjoy TSA PreCheck® benefits, with no need to enroll separately. Their DoD ID number is a 10-digit number on the back of the Common Access Card which serves as their Known Traveler Number (KTN).TSA PreCheck® is not currently offered at discounted membership rates for senior citizens. However, please note that TSA allows travelers 75+ to leave shoes and a light jacket on during screening. TSA PreCheck® enrollment provided by CLEAR is only $77.95 for 5 years, equating to less than $16 a year. Renewal of your membership costs $68.95 for online renewals and $77.95 for in person renewals.
When bundling your enrollment or renewal, you enjoy special pricing on your first year of CLEAR Plus membership for a combined total of just $199 ($77.95 for TSA PreCheck® and $121.05 for CLEAR Plus; for online renewals you pay $68.95 for TSA PreCheck® and $130.05 for CLEAR Plus). CLEAR Plus welcomes individuals 18 years of age and older. To enroll, you must have one of the following forms of photo identification: U.S. Driver's License, U.S. Passport, or U.S. State Issued ID. All forms of identification must be valid, unexpired, not amended and have a photo.
TSA PreCheck® membership is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. Nationals and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR). To enroll, you must bring documents that meet both identity and citizenship requirements for the program. Applicants may be deemed ineligible due to incomplete or false application information, certain violations of federal security regulations, or disqualifying criminal offenses and other eligibility factors.
CLEAR Plus, TSA PreCheck® and Global Entry are all separate services that help expedite different parts of the travel experience. At airports, CLEAR Plus speeds Members through the travel document check process on departing flights. CLEAR Plus allows for a quick identity verification experience at the airport. Step right up to a CLEAR pod and verify you are you with your eyes or fingerprints.

You will not be able to access the TSA PreCheck® lane directly after enrollment. You will need to wait until you are approved and receive your Known Traveler Number (KTN) before you can use the TSA PreCheck® lanes at airports nationwide. Most TSA PreCheck® applicants receive their KTN in 3-5 days, though some applications can take up to 60 days. TSA PreCheck® applicants will receive notice of their approval status and KTN by your preferred method of communications, email or phone. You can also check your status on our website at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov or contact customer support by phone (1-888-831-9070) 8am – 10pm ET, weekdays or email (CLEARCustomerSupport@tsa.dhs.gov) anytime. Be sure to add your KTN to your airline reservations in order to receive the TSA PreCheck® indicator on your boarding pass when traveling.
TSA PreCheck® enrollment provided by CLEAR is easy because you can get the process started online and don’t need to make an appointment to finish in-person. Simply show up at a convenient participating CLEAR location with the correct documents within 180 days to complete the application. The name on your application must be an exact match to the name on the identification and proof of citizenship/immigration documents you provide at enrollment. The name provided must be the name used when making your airline travel reservations.
Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.
Separate applications are required; however, you can complete both at participating CLEAR locations. When you sign up for CLEAR Plus, you have the option to bundle TSA PreCheck® enrollment with your CLEAR Plus membership to receive a pricing incentive and experience the best of both worlds.

For TSA PreCheck®, you must provide an original or certified copy* of the following documentation to meet identity and citizenship requirements - see below:
List A - ONE document is acceptable from the following forms of identification:
A passport cannot be used as a List A document if it is expired**. If it has expired within the past 12 months, it can be used, but only as a proof of citizenship (List B).
List B - At least two documents are required if you do not have a document from List A to present. The documents must include 1.) A valid photo ID, and 2.) A document that meets citizenship requirements (i.e., one document from each column below). Please note, the name on both required documents must match.

*An original or certified copy of a document must be issued by a Federal, State, Tribal, county, municipal authority, or outlying possession bearing an official seal. Short form or abstract birth certificates and notarized copies of documents are not acceptable.

Most TSA PreCheck® applicants receive their KTN in 3-5 days, though some applications can take up to 60 days. Yes! You can make a reservation day-of to access the CLEAR Mobile Lane. Visit our booking site and select today’s date for access. Existing CLEAR Plus Members do not need to make a reservation—simply download the CLEAR App and show their QR code on the top right corner to access.
You will provide your first and last name, email address, and credit card information to purchase a pass.
To change or cancel your CLEAR Mobile or RESERVE reservation, reach out to our Member Care Team.

No, we can print your boarding passes right at our podiums.
Your bag will be available at the luggage carousel at your final destination. Baggage check-in agents will confirm your final destination when they accept your luggage.
We bring your luggage directly to the airlines when it’s checked in. In the event of an unexpected issue, you can start by reaching out to your airline’s baggage line directly, or to the Bags Inc customer care team for support here. We know it can be stressful when bags don’t arrive as planned, so our is always happy to help get you to the right place for support—they can be reached at denversupport@clearme.com.
Yes, we have priority tags for all supported airlines for eligible passengers.

We accept bags up to 1 hour before the departure time of your flight.
We currently support domestic itineraries on United and Delta. If your final destination is outside of the U.S. or you are traveling on another airline, you’ll need to check your bags directly with your airline.

We are located curbside outside Door 600 West at the Denver International Airport. This is on Level 6 right outside the entry to the West Security Checkpoint, just steps from our TSA PreCheck® CLEAR Plus Lane.

Airport enrollments take only a few minutes. An ambassador will scan your approved documents and biometrics, and you'll answer a few security questions before entering the Lane and moving on with your day. After enrolling, you can access CLEAR Lanes directly.

If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.

Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.

If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.

Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.

If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.

Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.

If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.

Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.

If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United at DEN, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. For all other airports, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving to help you along the fastest way through the airport.

Yes! Regardless of your original enrollment provider, most people can renew their TSA PreCheck® membership online through CLEAR. Simply select ‘Renew’ on the plan selection page. You will need to enter your biographic data or your KTN from your current membership to begin the renewal process online at tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov. Please note that if you submit multiple TSA PreCheck® renewal applications, it could cause a significant delay in processing your application. Refunds will not be disbursed when multiple applications have been submitted.
If you or someone you know believes they have fallen victim to a scam, report it to your local police department and file a report at the Federal Trade Commission’s website, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Additionally, contact your bank or credit card company immediately and inform them of the fraudulent charge. Please note, neither TSA nor CLEAR will issue a reimbursement to applicants who attempt to enroll in TSA PreCheck® through a fraudulent website.
