Do I need a REAL ID?

Every air traveler 18 years and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, Enhanced Driver’s License, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the U.S. Starting February 1, 2026, travelers without an acceptable REAL ID will be required to use TSA ConfirmID and pay $45 before entering the security line.
