What if my item is not found?

Our dedicated CLEAR Ambassadors will work tirelessly to help search for your item and keep you up-to-date by text or phone call. 
While we cannot guarantee that your item will still be there, we will do everything we can to find it and return it to you—including searching where you last saw it, retracing your steps, and checking airport lost-and-found.
