From home-to-gate, we want you to travel stress-free. If you forget anything beyond airport security, you can contact our CLEAR Ambassadors through our dedicated phone line. Our Ambassadors will search for your lost item and help get it back to you.^*

How It Works

Our team will work on retrieving your item and communicate directly with you via text or call.

Our CLEAR Ambassador will give you your item outside airport security, checking your ID and the item description. No longer at the airport? We will ship it to you!
