Treat CLEAR Ambassadors and fellow travelers with courtesy and kindness. Discrimination, abusive language, or aggressive behavior is never acceptable.
Keep It Safe
Follow all TSA rules and refrain from bringing prohibited items into CLEAR lanes. Violence or threats will not be tolerated and may be reported to authorities.
Respect Personal Boundaries
Avoid unwelcome physical contact.
Give Constructive Feedback
We value your input. Please share feedback in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Non-Compliance
CLEAR reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any violations of these standards, including warnings, removal from CLEAR lanes, suspension or termination of membership, or involvement of airport or legal authorities when necessary.
