CLEAR Ambassador Assist is available to all CLEAR Plus Members traveling from DEN. Please make sure to book at least 10 hours before your appointment time. All travelers in your party ages 18 and older will need to be CLEAR Plus Members, but kids under 17 can join you for free.
Nope! Save time by pre-enrolling online and complete your registration at the nearest participating CLEAR location. No appointment is necessary. Don’t forget to bring all required documentation. Our friendly ambassadors will be there to help you every step of the way.
For TSA PreCheck®, you must provide an original or certified copy* of the following documentation to meet identity and citizenship requirements - see below:
List A - ONE document is acceptable from the following forms of identification:
A passport cannot be used as a List A document if it is expired**. If it has expired within the past 12 months, it can be used, but only as a proof of citizenship (List B).
List B - At least two documents are required if you do not have a document from List A to present. The documents must include 1.) A valid photo ID, and 2.) A document that meets citizenship requirements (i.e., one document from each column below). Please note, the name on both required documents must match.

*An original or certified copy of a document must be issued by a Federal, State, Tribal, county, municipal authority, or outlying possession bearing an official seal. Short form or abstract birth certificates and notarized copies of documents are not acceptable.

TSA will NOT accept Birth "Registration" or "Notification" Cards, or Birth Registration/Certificate of Birth Registration records. Cases in which the sole proof of U.S. birth/citizenship is a birth registration record are Invalid Enrollments.
Unacceptable U.S. Birth Documents
You will be refunded for appointments canceled at least 12 hours ahead of the appointment time and will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.
We understand that plans might change beyond your control in the world of air travel. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to denversupport@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact denversupport@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule.
Yes! Anyone with an existing TSA PreCheck® membership can renew through CLEAR. You may begin the renewal process as early as 6 months prior to expiration.
We hold a window of time before and after your appointment in case you arrive a bit early or behind schedule. Please let your Ambassador know when they reach out over text message, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately, this is not supported right now. If you’d like to change the type of service, please cancel your original appointment and book the service type you’d prefer.
Of course! We’ll happily help get your bags to the right place. If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. Otherwise, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
You’ll need to reserve wheelchair services through your airline and meet them at your airline counter. Once you’ve checked in with your airline’s special services counter, we’ll gladly assist you from there and get you to the fastest way through DEN.
