Do I have to use Health Pass if I’m traveling to Hawaii?
CLEAR is one option. Passengers who do not want to use CLEAR, did not get tested at an accepted CLEAR lab provider, or are not eligible to link to AHS, HAPI, or SMART Health Cards, or who are under the age of 18, must upload a negative test to their Safe Travels portal from one of Hawaii's Trusted Testing Partners or add their CDC card to their Safe Travels portal. All steps must be completed prior to departure.
How can I add my booster dose?
If you created your Digital Vaccine Card before getting your booster dose, you can still add it by following the steps below:
1. Open the CLEAR app and enter the Digital Vaccine Card tile.
2. Follow the prompts to view your Digital Vaccine Card and select 'View Details'.
3. Select 'Add Dose'.
4. Choose a method to add your COVID-19 booster dose (CDC card upload, SMART Health Card, AHS, etc).
Once you've successfully uploaded your booster dose, this information will appear under the Vaccination details section of your Digital Vaccine Card.
How can I purchase a CLEAR Gift Card?
You can purchase CLEAR Gift Cards online by visiting the CLEAR Gift Card page. Find additional support purchasing a Gift Card here. CLEAR Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions or preferred rates. Once the gifted time has ended, members can link their Delta SkyMiles® or United MileagePlus® account by logging into my.clearme.com.
Can I use my free membership to access CLEAR Airport Lanes?
No. If you would like to use CLEAR at airport security, you can upgrade at a CLEAR airport location.
As an existing CLEAR member, how do I use Health Pass?
1. Open Health Pass in the CLEAR App and select your organization or enter your code. If you're not signed into the app, you will then be prompted to enter an email address.
2. Enter the email address associated with your CLEAR membership
3. Follow the instructions and prompts on the screen to complete your Health Pass.
Can I retrieve an image of my CDC Card or SMART Health Card once uploaded?
Yes. Once scanned and a Digital Vaccine Card is generated, you can access an image of your CDC card or SMART Health Card by tapping "View Details".
Can I take a screenshot of my Health Pass QR code for entry?
No, you must show your Health Pass in the CLEAR app. Your Health Pass features a moving background to deter fraud.
Do American Express cardholders receive a discount on CLEAR?
Yes! CLEAR is partnered with American Express. Statement credits are available on a variety of credit cards within the American Express portfolio, including Green, Corporate Platinum, and Centurion. Please reference your card benefits to learn more.
How do I use Health Pass?
1. Download the free CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile.
2. Choose a location from the list or enter a unique code if you were provided one.
3. Follow instructions to sign up for a free account.
4. Complete your entry requirement checklist which could include uploading proof of vaccination, linking a negative COVID-19 test, or filling out a health survey.
5. Show your Health Pass upon arrival for faster, safer entry!
Do I have to be a CLEAR member to link my vaccination or scan my CDC card in the app?
Yes. If you aren't yet a member, you can enroll by selecting the 'digital vaccine card' tile or ‘Health Pass’ tile in the app.
