CLEAR Ambassador Assist is available to all CLEAR Plus Members traveling from DEN. Please make sure to book at least 10 hours before your appointment time. All travelers in your party ages 18 and older will need to be CLEAR Plus Members, but kids under 17 can join you for free.
CLEAR Ambassador Assist is offered for an additional charge. Please refer to the booking page for more details.
This service is available regardless of whether you have TSA PreCheck® or standard screening on your boarding pass. If travelers in your group have different types of screening, our Ambassador will share the best options to keep everyone moving.
Your Ambassador will coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive at the airport via text message. They’ll try to meet you where you’ll be arriving at the airport to help you along the fastest way through DEN.
You will be refunded for appointments canceled at least 12 hours ahead of the appointment time and will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded.
We understand that plans might change beyond your control in the world of air travel. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to denversupport@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact denversupport@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule.
We hold a window of time before and after your appointment in case you arrive a bit early or behind schedule. Please let your Ambassador know when they reach out over text message, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All airlines and flights departing DEN are eligible for this service. Just let us know which airline you're flying, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Unfortunately, this is not supported right now. If you’d like to change the type of service, please cancel your original appointment and book the service type you’d prefer.
Of course! We’ll happily help get your bags to the right place. If you’re flying on a domestic itinerary with Delta or United, we’ll meet you at our bag drop station outside Door 600 or 612 West, where we will tag and check your bags for you. Otherwise, we’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.
You’ll need to reserve wheelchair services through your airline and meet them at your airline counter. Once you’ve checked in with your airline’s special services counter, we’ll gladly assist you from there and get you to the fastest way through DEN.
The service is only available at DEN at this time, but we will let you know as we expand the service to additional CLEAR airport locations.
We’re regularly adding more slots to the calendar as we ramp up this service at DEN. If you don’t see an available slot, keep checking back—we release more slots on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer Ambassador Assist after your flight. If you would find this service valuable, please let us know in your feedback surveys!
Our Ambassadors are here to ensure your travel experience is seamless and stress-free. With Ambassador Assist, our team can help you with your carry-on luggage and bring you to your gate, lounge (if you have access), or a restaurant. Ambassadors can also help you find concessions or restrooms and wait for you for quick stops. Please note that our Ambassadors cannot wait with you at the gate, bring you from a lounge to the gate, watch your children or pets, accompany minors, or accept tips.
With Curb-to-CLEAR, our Ambassadors will meet you when you arrive, help you with your luggage, and bring you through the CLEAR Plus Lane. With Curb-to-Gate, our Ambassadors will also take you beyond security to your gate or anywhere along the way.
