What if my flight is canceled or delayed for my CLEAR Concierge booking?

We understand that plans might change beyond your control. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to clearconcierge@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact clearconcierge@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
