If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to ambassadorassist@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact ambassadorassist@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule.
