You can view and manage your scheduled appointments by logging into your account. Please visit this page and click “Log in” at the top right corner. To change an existing Concierge Powered by CLEAR booking, select the appointment and click “Edit Reservation”. You can edit your appointment up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. To cancel, select the appointment and click “Cancel Reservation”. You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Select “Chat with us” to chat with our Digital Ambassador, Halo.
