For Departure Service, if you are still having trouble finding your Ambassador, follow signs for CLEAR+ and our team can help.
In the event you were unable to connect with your CLEAR Ambassador for either Departure or Arrival Service, our Member Care team will review your appointment and help resolve the issue according to our refund policy.
