What if I’m running early or late for my Concierge Powered by CLEAR booking?

Appointments can be modified up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If your preferred time isn’t available, we will do our best to accommodate, but we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees. We understand that plans might change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your Concierge Powered by CLEAR appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time. For Arrival Service, your Concierge will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond Concierge Powered by CLEAR operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
