What if my flight is canceled or delayed for my Concierge Powered by CLEAR booking?

We understand that plans might change beyond your control. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to clearconcierge@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact clearconcierge@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule. For Arrival Service, your Concierge will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond Concierge Powered by CLEAR operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
