CLEAR only uses images and biometrics you provide, specifically for the services you signed up for. At the airport, a CLEAR Ambassador will work with you to capture images of your face. If you sign up on our free mobile app or verify online, you will need to provide a selfie.

CLEAR uses LexisNexis to generate the identity verification quiz that is required to complete the CLEAR+ enrollment process. The quiz questions are based on publicly available records.

Sports & Events access is free and available to all CLEAR Members. All you need is the free CLEAR App.

While signing up for the CLEAR App is easy and free, Members can bring one (1) adult guest through the CLEAR Lane per day at stadiums and venues. Children under 18 don't need a membership and can go through the Lane when accompanied by an adult.
