What is your refund policy?
CLEAR Plus members can downgrade their membership at any time. Those who cancel their membership with greater than 30 days remaining on their current term will receive a prorated refund for any time remaining. CLEAR Plus members on a trial will not be charged as long as they cancel before the last day of their trial.
How is my information used?
CLEAR will always be transparent. You will know when CLEAR is asking for your information, what information we are asking for, and how it will be used. You can read more details about this in our Privacy Principles which can be reviewed HERE.
Does CLEAR sell my information?
You are you, and your personal information is yours. It is our policy to never sell your data and always has been.

How does CLEAR Plus work with TSA PreCheck®?
CLEAR Plus is a faster way to verify your identity so you don't have to wait in crowded lines, while TSA PreCheck® expedites the physical screening process so you can keep moving without removing shoes, laptops, belts, etc.
CLEAR Plus and TSA PreCheck® are different services that both have the same goal — helping you get through airport security quicker and with less stress. Using them together is a great way to get to your gate faster.
What if my front-facing camera does not work?
To enroll in CLEAR, you must have a mobile device with a front-facing camera that functions. If you do not have this, please contact your organization for further instructions.
What does CLEAR use to verify my identity?
CLEAR uses biometrics to replace your ID for faster entry at stadiums, airports, and other venues across the country. Biometrics are unique biological characteristics that can be used to identify you, including your eyes, fingerprints, and face.
How do I use Health Pass?
1. Download the free CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile.
2. Choose a location from the list or enter a unique code if you were provided one.
3. Follow instructions to sign up for a free account.
4. Complete your entry requirement checklist which could include uploading proof of vaccination, linking a negative COVID-19 test, or filling out a health survey.
5. Show your Health Pass upon arrival for faster, safer entry!
If I have contacts, cataracts, or glass eyes, will I be able to enroll in CLEAR Plus?
Our pod still works for those with contacts or glasses. Individuals with scarring or cloudiness on the iris, such as cataracts, may experience some issues. Fortunately, CLEAR Plus can be used with your fingertips at the airport.
