You can book CLEAR Concierge online or in the CLEAR App before your trip. Enter your flight details and select the CLEAR Concierge service you’d like to book. Then, add your contact information and complete payment. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email and your CLEAR Ambassador will reach out via text to confirm details for a seamless experience.
CLEAR Concierge is available to all CLEAR+ Members traveling from select airports. One exception is at Miami International Airport—if you are booking a CLEAR Concierge appointment for MIA, you do not have to be a CLEAR+ Member. All travelers in your party ages 18 and older will need to be CLEAR+ Members. Kids 17 and under can join you for free. The maximum party size for Departure Service is 5 people, including kids. The maximum party size for Arrival Service is 8 people, including kids.
CLEAR+ helps you speed through airport security and gives you access to dedicated Lanes at over 61 airports nationwide. With CLEAR Concierge, CLEAR+ Members can schedule a booking with a dedicated Ambassador for a stress-free airport experience.
For CLEAR Concierge Departure Service, your Ambassador will meet you when you get to the airport for your flight, help you with bags and check-in, and bring you straight through security and to your gate or lounge. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will meet you when you arrive at your gate and bring you to your connecting flight or ground transportation. To ensure you have the best service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
CLEAR Concierge is offered for an additional fee. Departure Service starts at $99 and Arrival Service is $199.
You can view and manage your scheduled appointments by logging into your account. Please visit this page and click “Log in” at the top right corner. To change an existing CLEAR Concierge booking, select the appointment and click “Edit Reservation”. You can edit your appointment up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. To cancel, select the appointment and click “Cancel Reservation”. You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
You will be refunded for appointments canceled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time, and it will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded. You can change your appointment up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
The CLEAR Concierge booking flow shows all available appointments. If you don’t see the time slot you’re looking for, then that time is either fully booked or outside of our operating hours. We regularly add more appointments to the calendar, so please try checking again later.
Yes, you can book CLEAR Concierge from outside the U.S., excluding the following countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Belarus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Pakistan, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen.
CLEAR Concierge Express is available at select airports and gives CLEAR+ Members the option to be brought straight through security. If your airport only has CLEAR Concierge Gate Service, our Ambassadors will take you beyond security to your gate or anywhere along the way.
For CLEAR Concierge Departure Service, your Ambassador will reach out via text to coordinate a meeting point with you before you arrive. For CLEAR Concierge Arrival Service, your Ambassador will meet you when you arrive at your gate.
CLEAR Concierge is available regardless of whether you have TSA PreCheck® or standard screening on your boarding pass. If travelers in your group have different types of screening, our Ambassador will share the best options to keep everyone moving.
CLEAR Concierge Departure Service is available for all airlines and flights as long as there’s a CLEAR+ Lane in your departure terminal, with the exception of Miami International Airport (MIA) where all travelers can book CLEAR Concierge. CLEAR Concierge Arrival Service is available at select airports for domestic flights and international flights arriving from preclearance airports.

In the event you were unable to connect with your CLEAR Ambassador for either Departure or Arrival Service, our Member Care team will review your appointment and help resolve the issue according to our refund policy.

Yes, your CLEAR Concierge Ambassador will help you with checked bags. For Departure Service, we’ll meet you when you get to the airport for your departing flight, help you with your bags, and take you to the correct airline baggage counter. For Arrival Service, we’ll meet you at your gate, help you with your bags, and take you to baggage claim then to ground transportation or your connecting flight.
If you need a wheelchair for a departing flight, please request assistance through your airline and meet the attendant at their check-in or special services counter. Airline or airport staff must provide wheelchair transport, as CLEAR Ambassadors aren't permitted to push wheelchairs—but we're happy to help with bags and provide the fastest way through the airport once you're checked in or when your flight arrives.
Yes, a CLEAR Concierge Ambassador will meet you when you arrive at your gate when you book Arrival Service. Arrival Service is currently available at select airports with more locations coming soon.
Appointments can be modified up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If your preferred time isn’t available, we will do our best to accommodate, but we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees. We understand that plans might change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your CLEAR Concierge appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
Scheduled CLEAR Concierge bookings are not currently available to view in the CLEAR App—this feature is coming soon. Please visit this page and click “Log in” at the top right corner to view your scheduled appointments.
We understand that plans might change beyond your control. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to clearconcierge@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact clearconcierge@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
