CLEAR will make a one-time exception to change the frequent flyer program you use for CLEAR+ pricing. Pricing changes do not affect your ability to use other CLEAR features like access to Delta/United SkyClubs. To make this change, contact our Member Care team via email memberservices@clearme.com.

Can CLEAR gift cards be used for memberships linked with Delta or United?

What is your refund policy for CLEAR+ Membership?

CLEAR+ Members can downgrade their Membership at any time. If you cancel within the first fourteen (14) days of the date you were charged for your current CLEAR+ Membership, you will receive a full refund for that term but will no longer be permitted to use our airport Lanes as of the date of your cancellation.  If you cancel your CLEAR+ Membership more than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you were charged, your account will be scheduled not to renew upon the expiration of the then-current term of your CLEAR+ Membership. CLEAR+ Members on a trial will not be charged as long as they cancel before the last day of their trial.
