Our Ambassadors are here to ensure your travel experience is seamless and stress-free. With CLEAR Concierge, our team can help you with your carry-on luggage and bring you to your gate, lounge (if you have access), or a restaurant. Ambassadors can also help you find concessions or restrooms and wait for you for quick stops. Please note that our Ambassadors cannot wait with you at the gate, bring you from a lounge to the gate, watch your children or pets, accompany minors, or accept tips.

What happens if I can’t find my CLEAR Concierge Ambassador?

If you have trouble finding your CLEAR Ambassador for your CLEAR Concierge appointment, you can reach them via text or follow signs for CLEAR+ where our team can help. In the event you’re unable to find your CLEAR Ambassador, our Member Care team will review your appointment and help resolve the issue according to our refund policy.

Yes, you can book CLEAR Concierge from outside the U.S., excluding the following countries: Afghanistan, Burundi, Belarus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, China, Cuba, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Pakistan, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen.

Can CLEAR Concierge help me with my checked bags?

Of course! We’ll happily help get your bags to the right place. We’ll meet you where you arrive and help you get to the correct airline baggage counter.

Can CLEAR Concierge help me with a wheelchair?

If you need a wheelchair, please request assistance through your airline and meet the attendant at their check-in or special services counter. Airline or airport staff must provide wheelchair transport, as CLEAR Ambassadors aren't permitted to push wheelchairs—but we're happy to help with bags and get you to the fastest, most efficient path through the airport once you're checked in.

Can CLEAR Concierge pick me up at my gate?

Unfortunately, we don't offer CLEAR Concierge for arrivals at this time. This service will be available soon.

What if I’m running early or late for my CLEAR Concierge booking?

Appointments can be modified up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If your preferred time isn’t available, we will do our best to accommodate, but we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees. We understand that plans might change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your CLEAR Concierge appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time.

Why can’t I see my CLEAR Concierge booking in the CLEAR App?

Scheduled CLEAR Concierge bookings are not currently available to view in the CLEAR App—this feature is coming soon. You can view your scheduled appointments by logging into your account. Visit this page, click the icon at the top right corner, then log in.

Do any credit card companies offer discounts for TSA PreCheck®?

What if my flight is canceled or delayed for my CLEAR Concierge booking?

We understand that plans might change beyond your control in the world of air travel. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to clearconcierge@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact clearconcierge@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule.

Can I ask CLEAR to delete my information?

How do I print my receipt?

Once your credit card has been successfully charged for your CLEAR+ Membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log in at my.clearme.com and select 'Membership' on the right side, then ‘Receipts’.

Why should I 'Verify with CLEAR' on LinkedIn?

How do I upgrade to CLEAR+?

  • To get started online, log in to my.clearme.com and upgrade your account to CLEAR+. Then, download the CLEAR App and upload your U.S. passport to complete enrollment.
  • For international travelers, complete your enrollment at a CLEAR+ airport and enjoy faster, easier airport security.

How do I cancel my Membership?

We're sorry to see you go! But we understand things change.

To cancel your Membership, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to

2. Select 'Membership' from the lefthand menu.

3. Click the right arrow next to 'CLEAR+ Membership' which lists your pay structure and next billing cycle.

4. Under your CLEAR+ Membership details and benefits, select 'Cancel Membership' and follow the remaining steps.

OR

1. Select “Chat with us” to chat with our Digital Ambassador, Halo, and take care of this in just a few seconds.

Trial Membership:

  • If you are on a trial period, you will not be charged if you cancel before the last day of your trial.

Family Plan:

  • If you joined CLEAR+ through another Member’s Family Plan, only the main account holder can make changes.

Removing a family member:

  • When a family member is removed from a CLEAR+ account, they will lose access to CLEAR+ immediately.

What data will I receive?

Delta SkyMiles®: Click here to add your Delta SkyMiles® number to your existing Membership.

United MileagePlus®: Click here to add your United MileagePlus® number to your existing Membership.

Atmos Rewards by Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines: Click here to add your Atmos Reward number to your existing Membership.

Once your frequent flyer number is linked, your account will reflect your updated pricing for your next renewal. The new rate will be reflected on your bill.

How Pricing Works:

CLEAR will always apply the best available Membership price based on the frequent flyer number(s) linked to your account. If you link multiple eligible loyalty numbers, we will use the lowest price you qualify for.

If you link your frequent flyer number during an active Membership, your price will remain the same and your airline loyalty rate will take effect at your next renewal. For example, if you sign up for CLEAR+ on March 1, 2026 and link your frequent flyer number on April 15, 2026, your price will stay the same. Your airline loyalty rate will apply when your Membership renews on March 1, 2027.
