

CLEAR Concierge Departure Service is available for all airlines and flights as long as there’s a CLEAR+ Lane in your departure terminal, with the exception of Miami International Airport (MIA) where all travelers can book CLEAR Concierge. CLEAR Concierge Arrival Service is available at select airports for domestic flights and international flights arriving from preclearance airports.
Our Ambassadors are here to ensure your travel experience is seamless and stress-free. With CLEAR Concierge, our team can help you with your carry-on luggage and bring you to your gate, lounge (if you have access), or a restaurant. Ambassadors can also help you find concessions or restrooms and wait for you for quick stops. Please note that our Ambassadors cannot wait with you at the gate, bring you from a lounge to the gate, watch your children or pets, accompany minors, or accept tips.

Yes, your CLEAR Concierge Ambassador will help you with checked bags. For Departure Service, we’ll meet you when you get to the airport for your departing flight, help you with your bags, and take you to the correct airline baggage counter. For Arrival Service, we’ll meet you at your gate, help you with your bags, and take you to baggage claim then to ground transportation or your connecting flight.
If you need a wheelchair for a departing flight, please request assistance through your airline and meet the attendant at their check-in or special services counter. Airline or airport staff must provide wheelchair transport, as CLEAR Ambassadors aren't permitted to push wheelchairs—but we're happy to help with bags and provide the fastest way through the airport once you're checked in or when your flight arrives.
Yes, a CLEAR Concierge Ambassador will meet you when you arrive at your gate when you book Arrival Service. Arrival Service is currently available at select airports with more locations coming soon.
Appointments can be modified up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If your preferred time isn’t available, we will do our best to accommodate, but we unfortunately cannot make any guarantees. We understand that plans might change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your CLEAR Concierge appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.
Scheduled CLEAR Concierge bookings are not currently available to view in the CLEAR App—this feature is coming soon. Please visit this page and click “Log in” at the top right corner to view your scheduled appointments.

We understand that plans might change beyond your control. If your flight is canceled and you’re no longer traveling, simply send an email with the details to clearconcierge@clearme.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If you need to adjust your booking within 12 hours because of a flight disruption, please contact clearconcierge@clearme.com and we will help you reschedule. For Arrival Service, your Ambassador will track your flight status in case of early arrivals or delays. If your flight is delayed beyond CLEAR Concierge operating hours, we will notify you immediately, cancel your appointment, and issue you a full refund.

Once your credit card has been successfully charged for your CLEAR+ Membership, you can print your most recent receipt from your account page. Log in at my.clearme.com and select 'Membership' on the right side, then ‘Receipts’.
Verifying your identity helps you build authenticity within your LinkedIn community. A verification by CLEAR on your LinkedIn profile helps indicate to your network that you are you. Adding verifications is optional, and it’s not a required step to complete your profile.

Once your frequent flyer number is linked, your account will reflect your updated pricing for your next renewal. The new rate will be reflected on your bill.
How Pricing Works:
CLEAR will always apply the best available Membership price based on the frequent flyer number(s) linked to your account. If you link multiple eligible loyalty numbers, we will use the lowest price you qualify for.
If you link your frequent flyer number during an active Membership, your price will remain the same and your airline loyalty rate will take effect at your next renewal. For example, if you sign up for CLEAR+ on March 1, 2026 and link your frequent flyer number on April 15, 2026, your price will stay the same. Your airline loyalty rate will apply when your Membership renews on March 1, 2027.
